to protecting the personal data
you shared with us.
This Policy is developed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 of Singapore ("PDPA") and
all relevant regulations and guidelines issued by the Personal Data Protection Commission ("PDPC"). For
personal data that is collected, used, and managed outside of Singapore, local privacy laws (including but
not limited to the GDPR) will apply.
By accessing or using our websites, apps, and other platforms developed and operated by us ("BETA AI Platform") and/or submitting your personal data, you agree to the terms
of this Privacy Policy ("Policy"),

representatives, and agents collecting, using, disclosing, and sharing your personal data among themselves
for providing services to you or for legal and PDPA-compliant purposes.
1. How We Collect and Use Your Personal Data
(1) Sign-up, Log-in, and Account Management
(2) Browsing and Main Services
-
When you upload images or short videos on BETA AI Platform, we may request to access your photo
album. If you reject such request, other services are still available.

and strict access control to minimize the risk of personal data leaking during the display.

When you participate in our platform activities, we may require you to provideyour name, gender,
age/date of birth, contact number, industry of your business, and city where you stay in
order to
verify your identity.
(3) Security Services
-
To ensure a secured operation of our services, maintain quality and efficiency, safeguard your
account, and optimize your service experience, we will collect essential device-related information.
This includes your device model, hardware serial number, operating system version, unique device
identifiers (a string of characters embedded by the device manufacturer that uniquely
identifies the
device, such as IMEI, IMSI, Android ID, OAID, ICCID, MEID, etc.), MAC address, IP address, WLAN
access points (such as SSID and BSSID), Bluetooth information, base station data, software version,
network access method, type, and status, network quality data, activity logs (such as your in-app
search and browsing records, service error reports, referral URLs, etc.), and device sensor data.
These information is necessary for us to provide you our services.
-
When you use our services and wish to share content you like to a third-party app, we need to
determine whether the relevant third-party app is installed on your device in order to provide the
correct sharing functionality. We use a merged-link technology for technical push notifications.
Upon app initialization, we will read the list of installed applications. If multiple apps on your
device have active push channels at the same time, we may randomly merge them into a single channel
to help reduce power and data consumption. Therefore, access to your list of installed applications
is required.
-
In addition, we provide intelligent push services. Based on the above information, we recommend push
content that better matches your interests and reduce unnecessary or irrelevant notifications.
(4) Additional Services
We may request for certain access to your device under the following circumstances:
-

storage, you may upload
photos, images, videos, and locally cached audio/video files to facilitate actions such as changing
your profile avatar, posting and sharing comments, saving activity-related QR codes, or

which activity or service you need. Additionally, if you download audio or video contents through
our platforms, we may write the downloaded files to your device based on the storage permissions you
have granted.
-
Microphone access: By enabling microphone access, you may search via
voice, or record audio to
generate personalized audio and video content. We will only collect voice data and store or use the
voiceprint feature after you have granted such permission.

notification service, you may disable such permission through system settings on your device.
-
SMS access: When you use SMS verification services to activate, log in
to, or recover your account
or password, we may read the content of your SMS messages to enable automatic filling of

content will be stored by us. To stop the auto-fill service, you may disable such permission through
system settings on your device.
-
Clipboard access: When you register, log in, search, or publish content,
we may access your
clipboard information to enable auto-fill and provide a more convenient user experience. In
scenarios such as sharing or receiving shared information, or participating in activities, we may
locally access your clipboard to read passwords, share codes, links, or text it contains in order to
enable redirection, sharing, or activity-related services. Clipboard content will only be uploaded
to our servers if it is locally identified as relevant to such redirection, sharing, or activity
functions. You may disable such permission through system settings on your device.
